To Register your team start at https://registerusasoftball.com and also contact your local youth commissioner.
Coaches must complete a background check, take Safesports lessons and Ace testing before approval. Background checks for 2022 can be paid for by the individual registering and they can start their own background check OR they can still be paid through the team invoice. The Ace test link will not turn on until your background check has cleared and you have taken your Safesports lessons.
Concussion certificates must go your commissioner and they will be set to expire on 8/31 of each year.
When you enter your team, everyone is listed as pending, when your invoice is created, it changes to submitted. Once its marked paid the coaches can do their background check, safesports and ace test. when all the requirements are met, your local commissioner can mark you approved.
After your team is marked approved by your commissioner, you can print out copies of your insurance certificate from the printable document tab and request an additional insured certificate from the team actions tab.
STARTING SEDPTEMBER 1, 2021 OUR REGISTRATION YEAR CHANGES FROM JANUARY 1ST- DECEMBER 31ST TO SEPTEMBER 1ST THRU AUGUST 31. THIS CHANGE WAS MADE BY THE NATIONAL OFFICE.
