To Register your team start at https://registerusasoftball.com and also contact your local youth commissioner.

1. Team admins  - Create your team on Registerusasoftball.com.    Select "Travel team photo ID"" if you are playing tournaments or select "RecTeam  non-photo if you are not. Contact your local Commissioner if you have any questions.
2. Enter all coaches and players on the team page.
3. League only teams do not need photos ID.
4. Any birth certificates needed for new players must be approved by your local commissioner before the system will let you move forward.  Any photos required must be uploaded to the coaches or players profile too. If you enter a returning player and her profile is not found, please don't create a new profile.  Check with your district commissioner for help in locating a profile.
5. Create your invoice and pay it thru PayPal.
6. TEAM ADMINS - For new coaches - Provide signed electronic copies of The Coaches code of ethics, Consent to background check form, copy of coach’s driver’s license front and back, Copy of the coach’s concussion certificate. (Oregon Law), Copy of the parent concussion signature sheet. (Oregon Law).                               For Returning Coaches - We will only need their concussion certificates and lastly a Copy of your invoice.

Coaches must complete a background check, take Safesports lessons and Ace testing  and provide concussion training certificate before approval .  Background checks for 2023 are paid through the team invoice. The Ace test link will not turn on until your background check has cleared and you have taken your Safesports lessons.

Concussion certificates must go your commissioner and they will be set to expire on 8/31 of each year. 

When you enter your team, everyone is listed as pending, when your invoice is created, it changes to submitted. Once its marked paid the coaches can do their background check, safesports and ace test. when all the requirements are met,  your local commissioner can mark you approved.

After your team is marked approved by your commissioner, you can print out copies of your insurance certificate from the printable document tab and request an additional insured certificate from the team actions tab.

STARTING SEDPTEMBER 1, 2021  OUR REGISTRATION YEAR CHANGES FROM JANUARY 1ST- DECEMBER 31ST TO SEPTEMBER 1ST THRU AUGUST 31. THIS CHANGE WAS MADE BY THE NATIONAL OFFICE.
